My friends are categorized into outer court friends, inner court friends, and Holy of Holy friends. Joy is undoubtedly one of my Holy of Holy friends. She is someone I could call upon anytime to stand in the gap with me in prayer concerning any situation. She is a helper in battle, someone who will stand with you until the battle is won. I can testify that Joy is empowered by the Holy Spirit with a unique gift to encourage, pray and share God’s Love all over the world. My experience with her over the years that I have known her has influenced and transformed my spiritual life tremendously! She is always a breath of spiritual fresh air. I love her so much because she inspires me.
Growing up in a Christian household, I was reminded that marriage is a sacred institution. It’s a commitment not to be taken lightly. Yet, too often, we enter this territory without a roadmap, relying solely on love to guide us. But as I discovered after over eight years of marriage, love alone isn’t always enough.
There came a point when I questioned if there was more to marriage than simply getting through each day. It was a pivotal moment that led me to realize the importance of surrounding myself with a community of like-minded women who shared my desire for a God-centered marriage.

Being a part of GodImprints during this season of my life has allowed me to experience significant spiritual growth. Joy is a powerful woman of God, a prayer warrior, an encourager, and a teacher. She has been my friend, spiritual mentor, counselor, and mentor. Many times, I have turned to her with difficult situations, some of which I was ashamed to discuss with anyone else. For a long time, I hesitated to share my experiences or seek counseling due to fear of judgment. However, my experience completely changed when I started confiding in Joy. She listened wholeheartedly, providing a safe space where I felt accepted. Despite the challenges I shared, Joy always wore a smile, assuring me that I was in a judgment-free environment. Her compassionate support has been invaluable to me.
